Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and the provision of freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and trading services by Reemo Global Trade CC, trading as Reemo Global Trades. Specific engagements are subject to a written quotation and, where applicable, our standard trading conditions.

2. Quotations

Quotes are valid for the period stated and are based on the cargo details supplied. Rates may change with carrier surcharges, exchange rates, fuel adjustments or inaccurate cargo information.

3. Customer obligations

Customers must provide accurate descriptions, weights, dimensions and documentation for all cargo, and ensure goods are legal to import or export in the relevant jurisdictions.

4. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions and our standard trading conditions. Cargo insurance is available on request and recommended for all shipments.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable before release of cargo. Duties, taxes and third-party charges are payable in full by the customer.

6. Governing law
