Reemo Global Trade CC, trading as Reemo Global Trades (“we”, “us”), is a logistics and trading company with its registered address at 38 Lemwood, Juniper Drive Flat, Dowerglen, Edenvale, Johannesburg, 1606. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and shipment information. We also collect standard technical data (browser type, IP address, pages visited) through server logs.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange freight and customs services, invoice for services rendered and comply with legal obligations such as customs and tax reporting.

4. Sharing

We share information only with carriers, customs authorities, agents and service providers directly involved in moving your cargo, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

We keep records for as long as needed to provide services and meet statutory record-keeping requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data.
